Shipping

To help minimize shipping costs, we try to package as many items as we can in 1 box.  Our items are shipped frozen, and depending on the weather and distance to travel, are also packed with insulated foam, gel packs and/or dry ice.  All this is done to insure that your product arrives to you in perfect condition.  These precautions do add an additional cost, we apologize for that and thank you for your continued patronage.

We ship from Long Island, NY.  Any destination in Texas of in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones will require 3-day shipping service to avoid having the product in transit over a weekend.

Frozen

Joan's GF Great Bakes arrive FROZEN.  Please make every effort to place them in the freezer as quickly as possible.
