I had to write and tell you that I learned about your products a few days ago, through an email from "BeFreeForMe.com", and I am already hooked. After reading the e-mail and then seeing the reviews on your website, I knew I had to try your products. First, I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection of your products at Family Health Foods on Victory Blvd. in Staten Island. Second, I went right home and tried the Sicilian style pizza...the best Gluten-free pizza I have had in my 7 years being gluten-free. I have tried them all, including fresh made pizza at gluten-free restaurants. Thank you Joan! I will be back for more!
This morning I had a raisin english muffin and I must say it is the first gluten-free english muffin that really deserves to be called an "english muffin"...delicious! Thank you Joan!
Tonight I will bake some cookies...I can't wait! I have a freezer full of new things to try and I am sure they will all be great...again, THANK YOU JOAN!
The next time I am in , I will be sure to stop by and see what's new.
I live in AZ and just received the most wonderful gift in the mail. English muffins, bagels and a pizza. I haven't eaten anything like this for years and tonight I'm in heaven. Most GF foods are just inedible, your muffins are even better than the real thing! - Valerie Demetros
I was diagnosed w/Celiac a month ago and adjusting to a gluten free diet. I have missed pizza until now....i love your sicilian pizza!!! Thank you, thank you! Karen Simmons
Last night The Gourmet Celiac Group of Holland,OH had a wonderful treat at their November meeting. For the first time we sampled Joan's GF Great Bakes Bagels. Though we also had a cookie exchange, the comments were universal, "the cookies were great, but the bagel were awesome."
-Rita Malkin (11/20/08, listserve)
We love your bagels and pizza. Finally, gluten-free food that tastes even better than traditional wheat!! Thank you, thank you, my six year old son is so happy, keep up the good work. Sincerely, Sabrina
Thanks for you donation to the Palm Beach Celiac awareness group. Your products are the best baked goods I've tasted since going GF 10 years ago. - Leonard Handel
Joan- Thank you sooooooo much for making such wonderful products. My son has been on a strictsince he was 3 and your bakery items have enabled him to truly enjoy breakfast for the first time in almost 5 years.
Keep up the great work. You are a blessing in our lives. - Beth Smith
I really feel we are so blessed with her (Joan's) delicious creations.....my 7 year old starts her day off with your bagels and leaves for camp/school/ with a smile. :) What more can a mom want?!? - Janice Zaslav
We used the rolls for our gourmet hamburgers last night and they were absolutely delicious---it was the first time my daughter actually had a roll with her hamburger. Thanks again for all of your efforts----not only are all of your things delicious, but your love and dedication really shine through. - Andrea Kitzis Smith, Chapter Leader, ROCK n' New Jersey, Morristown Chapter R.O.C.K.
Who needs Williams-Sonoma croissants when instead you can treat yourself to Joan's tastes-like-the-real-thing gluten-free bagels and english muffins?! These are the only gluten-free (and corn-free) bagels that will truly satisfy your bagel cravings. And her english muffins could fool any gluten lover. - Celiac Chicks
OH-MY-GOD!!! That is all I have to say after finally having the chance to eat this pizza!!! No lie this is absolutely the greatest gluten free pizza I have ever tasted. I seriously almost started crying. The texture and taste are simply unbelievable. This is one of the happiest days of the last 2 years of my life. Thank you Joan. - Dr. Mo Tantawi
I have just begun the process of beatification for Joan; Sainthood is next. I believe that requires two miracles for which there is no scientific explanation. The first was her English Muffins. The second is her chocolate chip cookies. Simply not of this world. They'd be my choice even if I could still eat wheat. - Alan
